"Atomic Romances, Molecular Dances" is a collection of chemistry poetry written by Dr. Mala Radhakrishnan, a professor of chemistry at Wellesley College. She began writing chemistry poems as a high school chemistry teacher before starting graduate school, and has been writing them ever since. She and I went to grad school together, but have a mutual friend to thank for thinking to get us together for this project. I chose one poem from each of 14 chapters to illustrate, and designed the cover and layout for the book.
